Our Story
PinkCherry is a proud Canadian-founded retailer and leader in the sexual health and wellness industry, known for its discreet billing and discreet shipping, PinkCherry ships orders in plain brown boxes across all of Canada.
Over a decade ago, in 2007, PinkCherry was founded by two Canadian brothers living in a small city in Ontario. The idea for PinkCherry came from a need for a more discreet and convenient way for Canadians to shop for sexual health and wellness products.
Back then, finding quality products online at affordable prices was challenging, especially in Canada. Products available online could come from international suppliers, sometimes leading to hefty duties and taxes upon delivery.
PinkCherry is one of the major retailers who helped to expand online offerings for sexual wellness products in the eCommerce space, allowing Canadian customers to confidently and conveniently shop for products with full discretion.
Cheeky Billboards
PinkCherry’s growth reached a new peak when a billboard collaboration with Womanizer, featuring the now-iconic 'Scream Your Own Name' tagline, went viral along the QEW/Gardiner Expressway.
The billboard was featured across several notable news outlets and was recognized as the one of the most clever campaigns. It also broke records as an OOH campaign displaying a sex toy, and became the longest running billboard to feature a sex toy.
Cheeky and clever billboard marketing became a core aspect of the brand. PinkCherry still runs marketing campaigns across Toronto's iconic highway, the Gardiner Expressway. If you're in the area, keep an eye out!
